ELIGIBLE CLAIMANTS 
The promotion is only open to eligible claimants. An “eligible claimant” is a person who: 

• is either an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident; 
• complies with these Terms and Conditions; 
• does not in any way tamper with the promotion and/or the process for the promotion; and 
• makes the 18V trade battery trade-in and AEG eligible product kit purchase in store at any Bunnings (Australia), in Australia at the same time and in one transaction. 

PROMOTION PERIOD 
The promotion purchase period commences at Bunnings store opening time on 1 Nov 2024 and closes at Bunnings store closing time on 2 Dec 2024. See bunnings.com.au for store opening hours. 
 

TRADE-IN OFFER 
Claimants can only claim the promotion in store at Bunnings (Australia) Stores. 

Only one claim is permitted per eligible AEG product purchased. If a person makes multiple purchases, only one purchase will be eligible to claim the promotion.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR DISCOUNT OFFER 
To be eligible for the offer under the trade in promotion, a claimant must, during the Promotion Period: 

1. Purchase a participating kit from a Bunnings (Australia store) in-store in Australia during the applicable promotion period;
2. At time of purchase, if a customer trades in any trade brand of 18V cordless power tool battery at the tool shop counter, they are eligible for a discount of $100 off the retail price of the participating kit. 
3. Trade brands that can be traded in include Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, Metabo, Hikoki, Festool, Paslode & AEG 

There is no additional fee charged to register for this promotion, other than the cost of purchasing the qualifying product. 
 

GENERAL 
Payment must be made in full for a product as per the invoice and lay-bys will not be accepted. 

Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim(s). 

The promotion offer cannot be returned and is not, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any eligible claimant who acts fraudulently or tampers with the conduct of the promotion. 

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant, or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. 

Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a claimant receiving the discount offer is the sole responsibility of the eligible claimant. 

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to actual product pricing. The AEG product pricing varies and may increase and is adjusted every year, the Promoter does not guarantee any product pricing and the product RRP is subject to change due to factors beyond the Promoter’s control. 

The Promoter will not be liable to a claimant, participant or any other party for any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent the delay or failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event. 

Force Majeure Event means an event which is outside the reasonable control of the party claiming that the event has occurred and the adverse effects of which could not have been prevented or mitigated against by that party with reasonable diligence or reasonable precautionary measures, and includes natural disasters, acts of terrorism, riots, revolutions, civil commotion, industrial action, war, pandemic or epidemic. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to any relevant social media platform. 
 

PERSONAL INFORMATION 
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, promotion offer suppliers and related entities of the Promoter. GOVERNING LAWS 
The laws of Victoria apply to this redemption. Claimants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
