Techtronic Industries Australia Pty Limited (ABN 98 002 277 509) of 31 Gilby Road Mount Waverley VIC 3149. 
 

Promotion Period  
Commencing at 7am AEDT on 21/10/2024 and closing at 6pm AEDT local time (subject to Participating Store trading hours) on 27/10/2024, or when stock runs out, whichever is first to occur. 
 

Who can claim? 
Only Australian residents who purchase a Qualifying Product in-store from a Participating Store or via an AEG Onsite representative during the Promotion Period. 
 

Who can't claim?  
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores and the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this promotion. 
 

Where will the promotion run?  
The promotion will run in-store at participating Bunnings Warehouse stores and via AEG Onsite representatives in Australia that stock the Qualifying Products, advertises this promotion and stock the Bonus Product (Participating Store). 
 

Proof of purchase 
A valid proof of purchase requires a store receipt from a Participating Store during the Promotion Period. 
 

Bonus Product 
Upon purchasing a Qualifying Product from a Participating Store or via an AEG Onsite representative, the claimant will receive, subject to stock availability, an AEG 18V 5.0AH FORCE Starter Kit (A18OSK15G/ A18OSK15) valued at $229 AUD RRP. 
 

How to claim 
To claim the bonus product, you must: 

1. Purchase a Qualifying Product in-store from a Participating Store during Participating Store trading hours or via an AEG Onsite representative during the Promotion Period, and 
2. You will then be eligible to receive the Bonus Product instantly in-store or via your AEG Onsite representative, while stocks last. 

If for any reason a claimant does not take / redeem the Bonus Product instantly in-store or via an AEG Onsite representative at the time of purchasing the Qualifying Product, then the offer will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed at a later date. 
 

Entries permitted 
Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: 

1. only one (1) Bonus Product permitted to be claimed per transaction, regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction; and 
2. each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim instructions. 

General 

1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined above. Information about the offer and how to claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 
    
2. No responsibility will be accepted for late or misdirected claims. A copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase is required. The Promoter may require claimants to provide further information regarding the circumstances of the product purchases to the Promoter or its agent as part of the verification process. Failure to provide this information to the Promoter’s satisfaction may result in an invalid claim at the Promoter’s discretion. 
    
3. Claims may only be submitted in-store or via an AEG Onsite representative, and in the correct form provided for in the information on how to claim the Bonus Product and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. 
    
4. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim(s). The Bonus Product cannot be returned and is not, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If you return a Qualifying Product your claim for the Bonus Product may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). 
    
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and eligible claimants (including an eligible claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. 
    
6. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate. 
    
7. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. 
    
8. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a claimant receiving a product are the sole responsibility of the eligible claimant or participant. 
    
9. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final. 
    
10. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and related entities of the Promoter. Some of these third parties are located outside Australia and New Zealand, by entering into this Promotion an entrant is consenting to the disclosure of an entrant’s PI to entities outside of Australia and New Zealand. For further information, please see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.aegpowertools.com.au/privacy-policy. Entry into the promotion may be conditional on providing certain PI. The Promoter will also use and handle all PI as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, survey and profiling purposes, including sending emails/electronic messages, SMS or telephoning the entrant. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy also contain information about how entrants may opt out of any communication, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a privacy breach or concern and how those complaints will be dealt with. 
     
11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 
     
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to any relevant social media platform. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights. The laws of Victoria, Australia apply to this redemption and these Terms and Conditions. Claimants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
